Our Food

Great food is fresh food. Whether it’s a sandwich or a paella it’s better if it’s fresh. Freshness is the main ingredient of our wonderful cuisine, and the reason for our seasonal menu. While we are able to keep many favorites on hand, you will notice that our menu fidgets a lot: some things will change slightly, some radically, some will disappear (often to return), and new ones will appear. That is all part of our effort to ensure that you not only get delicious food that is meticulously prepared, but also is as fresh as the season.
